Territory Manager
What you’ll be doing...
- Responsible to achieve the set KPI’s in the respective territory (Sales targets, numeric, etc.)
- Drive & support Depot Operations for respective territories
- Drive PICOS in the respective Territory
- Customer relationships management within the territory by leveraging trade and consumer initiatives
- Developing a “Fit for fight” sales Team with the ability to face competition and market demands
- Provide quality inputs / Market Insights to support Management decision making
What are we looking for?...
- Possess 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a field sales role
- A thorough understanding of the FMCG/ Alco-bev industry would be an added advantage
- A diploma in sales or marketing (not mandatory)
- Working knowledge in Microsoft packages
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior experience managing teams will be an added advantage
- A challenger mentality with the ability to think asymmetrically and challenge in the market
- Mobility and flexibility to work from any location around the country
