Bethmil Restaurant operates coffee shops, restaurants, takeaway outlets, and VIP karaoke lounges in Kottawa, Homagama, Maharagama & Borella and is also expanding its business to the western province and suburbs.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be responsible for total management of the restaurant operation in order to achieve and maintains high standard of product quality, service, housekeeping and Sales Target.
- Develop Operations Standards Audit action plan and action on same on agreed dates.
- Ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are adhered to at all times.
- Overlook Material Ordering & Cost Management.
- P & L management (achievement of sales and profit targets, projections)
- Keep regular contact with guests to obtain feedback on service, product quality and staff friendliness.
- Make each and every Guest "HAPPY" and give them a reason to return.
- To be a leader and is passionate and get the team to deliver the company mission.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age between 25-35 years.
- Degree in hospitality management, business administration or management from recognize university in Sri Lanka and overseas.
- Minimum 2 years' experience at managerial level in service industries / hospitality industries.
- Should possess strong interpersonal skills & language skills.
- Ability to work late hours.
- Male only.
KITCHEN HELPER
REQUIREMENTS
- Passed in GCE O/L examinations.
- Age 20-40 years old.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in hotels, resort.
- Assist the head cook and work collaboratively with other staff members.
- Willing to work long hours in necessary (Accommodation provided).
STEWARD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking customer orders.
- Assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service.
- Accommodate customers as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English.
- Able to move and clean quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and team working skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
BARTENDER
REQUIREMENTS
- Passed in GCE O/L & A/L examinations.
- Age 20-30 years old.
- 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Willing to work long hours in necessary.
- Ability to handle a POS will be an added advantage.
BARISTA
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English.
- Able to move and clean quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and team working skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
