REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience in the same position
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel & Hospitality Management is added Advantage
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to think creatively and produce innovative solutions
- Fluency in Sinhala, English
- Computer literacy knowledge
- Flexibility to work in holidays and weekends
- Retired forces also preferred
DESCRIPTIONS
- Oversee the entire development process of our two hotels daily and enhance Sales and reputation.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for all hotel staffs
- Create & Executive marketing and promotional strategies to drive the hotel revenue.
- Manage & Train the hotel staff for their role and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor the Finance activities income & expenses and stocks.
- Ensure the hotel safe & secure environment standards
- Provide required details to head office on their requirements.
