INTERN - OPERATIONS
(NIGHT SHIFT)
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Interns to join our team on a night shift basis. This is an excellent opportunity for school leavers, fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning, we encourage you to apply!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should be able make calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and gather benefits of patient's plan.
- Should be able to document the call notes, initiate or execute the corrective measures.
- Record the actions and post the notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform (PMS).
- Should be able to follow appropriate client specific call note standards for documentation while working.
- Should be able to achieve the targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A school leavers, graduate or an undergraduate with pending results from any discipline.
- Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
- High energy, self-driven, problem solving, and positive attitude with a strong desire to improve processes by continued research / education.
- Ability to work according to the US times and calendar. Working Hours 7 PM to 4 AM / 8 PM to 5 AM.
