Research & Development Executive - Kudaoya

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Conduct research on current requirements and market trends.
- Monitor and analyze product performance (Quality and quantity) and make recommendations for improvements or modifications.
- Focus on new product development & value added product development.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the current future industry trends.
- Document and analyze experimental data, prepare reports and present findings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on working experience in R&D role with similar capacity.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- High level of creativity and productivity with problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and R&D related software tools.
- Should be self-motivated individual and a strong team player.
