Quality Assurance Executive - Kudaoya

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develop implement and maintain Quality Assurance protocols, Documentations & systems.
- Monitor Agricultural process to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Identify quality issues, Perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Agricultural, Research & Development & procurement teams to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GLOBAL GAP, SL GAP, SMETA, ISO 14001 ...... etc certification requirements.
- Support internal & External audits related to quality certifications.
- Develop, implement and maintain SOPs for post-harvest handling.
- Conduct periodic training sessions for workers on proper agricultural practices.
- Prepare and present detailed quality and compliance reports to management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance in Agriculture industry.
- Strong knowledge of Quality assurance methodologies & tools.
- Familiarity with GLOBAL GAP, SL GAP, SMETA & ISO 14001.
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Quality Assurance related software tools.
- Strong communication & team work skills.
- Familiarity with post-harvest handling and quality control of tropical fruits.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
