We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our dynamic team as an Executive - Operations and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Oversee and manage the customs clearance process for all imports and exports.
- Familiarity with Hambantota port operations, including cargo handling, vessel scheduling, and port logistics.
- Coordination of crew handling processes & ensure that immigration requirements for crew members are met including visa applications, immigration paperwork, and entry/exit compliance.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- A Degree/ MSc or MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant field would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and presentation skills.
- A valid CHA pass is a mandatory requirement for this role.
