We are looking for a Manager Payroll Systems
This is a key position in the company reporting to the Head of HR System Implementation. He/she is responsible for successful implementation of Payroll at corporate customers who are using MintHRM Solution. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations will be a primary responsibility of this job.
The Job
- Provide customer support in implementing Mint HRM Payroll Module
- Assist Customers in setting up a payroll and the pay item calculations in a HRIS solution
- Tally MintHRM payroll with customer payroll
- Provide one-on-one training to customer’s Payroll coordinators
The Person (Candidate should have)
- Diploma or Certificate course in Human Resources or Accounting
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in handling payroll
- Knowledge in payroll calculations and taxation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Positive attitude towards customer service
- IT knowledge would be an added advantage
