Head Butler
Uga is a luxury boutique hotel chain with an exquisite collection of hotels consisting of Uga Ulagalla in Anuradhapura, Uga Jungle Beach in Trincomalee, Uga Bay in Passikudah, Uga Chena Huts in Yala, Uga Riva in Negombo, Uga Hallowella in Hatton and Uga Prava in Tangalle. The Uga Experience unites the natural magic of Sri Lanka with the warmest hospitality of her people.
As we expand and grow our operations, we are looking for service-oriented individuals with a passion for excellence and the drive to deliver an experience of a lifetime to our guests as Head Butler at Uga Hallowella, one of luxury Villas.
We look for individuals with;
- Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel/resort setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- A passion for creating bespoke guest experiences.
