JUNIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE - CREDIT
The selected candidate will be responsible for,
- Initial processing/scrutinizing of credit appraisals receive to centralized credit department.
- Carry out independent credit appraisals including financial analysis, operation analysis, risk analysis and credit scoring.
- Writing narrative/credit notes for credit approvals and perform on-going monitoring on each case.
- Identify and evaluate risks associated with each credit paper and propose appropriate risk mitigation plans.
- Follow-up & execute processes related to security documents pertaining to each facility.
- Hands on experience to determine the credit worthiness of individuals and all types of entities.
- Closely monitor and report minor and critical risk issues to immediate supervisors.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Should possess minimum of 01 years work experience in a Commercial Bank/financial institution.
- Full/part qualifications in Banking or Credit is expected for the position.
- Ability to carry out given tasks independently with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge in CBSL and other related guidelines related to Credit Management.
- Good Command in speaking and writing skills in Sinhala and English.
- Computer literacy.
