Global Resources Solutions International (Pvt) Ltd is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization specializing in Water Pump industry. We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and versatile individual to join our team as a Business Development Assistant cum Personal Assistant to the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to support our CEO while playing a key role in driving business growth and development. This dual role involves handling executive tasks while contributing to business growth and strategic initiatives. Ideal for a proactive, organized multitasker with strong communication and business skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development Assistant
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential clients.
    • Support the development and execution of business strategies, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for meetings and client interactions.
    • Coordinate communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads and customer interactions.
  • Personal Assistant to the CEO
    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
    • Organize and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Prepare materials and take minutes for meetings, and follow up on action items.
    • Assist with administrative duties including emails, calls, and report preparation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or executive assistance (minimum of 2 years).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
