Vacancy: MVAC Draftsperson
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled MVAC Draftsperson to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and professional mechanical drawings and layouts for HVAC systems in commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed MVAC drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant drafting software.
- Interpret architectural and mechanical drawings to develop comprehensive HVAC layouts.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical documentation.
- Ensure drawings meet relevant industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Participate in site visits and inspections when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MVAC drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and ducting layouts.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
