ASSISTANT MANAGER - COLLECTIONS & RECOVERIES

The Job

  • Lead and manage the overall recoveries of fintech products (Quick Loan, Device Loan, Retailer Loans).
  • Efficiently manage the outbound recovery call center and ensure necessary training and education is given.
  • Implement effective strategies to meet monthly cure rates across all buckets.
  • Identify stressed accounts and negotiate settlements or offer remedial solutions.
  • Work with legal team to prioritize legal action on identified accounts.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to improve recovery efforts.
  • Manage the outsourced recovery agents efficiently and ensure that the optimal results are obtained.
  • Maximize long overdue recoveries to maintain asset quality.

The Person

  • 05 years’ experience in banking or finance with 03 years’ experience in debt recovery in a managerial position.
  • A full qualification in banking and finance or an equivalent academic/professional qualification.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage large teams.
  • Proficiency in data analytical tools will be considered a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
