ASSISTANT MANAGER - COLLECTIONS & RECOVERIES
The Job
- Lead and manage the overall recoveries of fintech products (Quick Loan, Device Loan, Retailer Loans).
- Efficiently manage the outbound recovery call center and ensure necessary training and education is given.
- Implement effective strategies to meet monthly cure rates across all buckets.
- Identify stressed accounts and negotiate settlements or offer remedial solutions.
- Work with legal team to prioritize legal action on identified accounts.
- Collaborate with regional managers to improve recovery efforts.
- Manage the outsourced recovery agents efficiently and ensure that the optimal results are obtained.
- Maximize long overdue recoveries to maintain asset quality.
The Person
- 05 years’ experience in banking or finance with 03 years’ experience in debt recovery in a managerial position.
- A full qualification in banking and finance or an equivalent academic/professional qualification.
- Proven leadership skills to manage large teams.
- Proficiency in data analytical tools will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
