Head of Admissions
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the student counseling team in Sri Lanka, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Develop and implement efficient admissions strategies aligned with the UK team’s goals.
- Coordinate with the UK office to ensure accurate and timely submission of applications.
- Provide training, support, and mentorship to junior counselors.
- Monitor the student recruitment pipeline, manage follow-ups, and ensure high conversion rates.
- Prepare reports and metrics on team performance for the Management team.
- Handle escalated inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in student recruitment or admissions management.
- Knowledge of UK university admissions, application processes, and student finance.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive high performance in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with students, universities, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
- Ability to coordinate with remote teams and stakeholders.
