Boutique Sales Assistant
JOB SUMMARY:
Step into the world of luxury retail as a Boutique Sales Assistant in the Maldives! We're seeking a vibrant and engaging individual with a passion for style and exceptional customer service to enhance the experience at our exclusive Kampos and Spherique boutiques. You'll curate captivating displays, connect with discerning clientele and contribute to the seamless operation of our elegant spaces. If you have an eye for detail, a flair for presentation, and ideally, a command of Italian, we invite you to shape memorable moments for our guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all boutique items available.
- Create daily window and interior displays that follow the current color theme.
- Actively engage with guests and boutique visitors to understand their needs and offer suitable recommendations.
- Ensure all items display the correct price and are labeled accurately with codes.
- Process purchases efficiently through the system and issue accurate receipts.
- Perform monthly inventories of all boutique merchandise and prepare sales reports.
- Receive new inventory, enter it into the system and arrange it attractively.
- Must meet the set goals and monthly targets in sales.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable and pleasant environment within the boutique.
- Be flexible to work at either the Kampos or Spherique and any other boutique within the resort or in sister property boutique as required.
- Adhere to the resort’s rules, grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and provide courteous, professional service to all guests.
- Candidates fluent in Italian is added advantage.
