Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill-in the vacancy of Assistant Manager Corporate Finance. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Your Responsibilities include
- Performing valuation analysis, financial analysis using different methods
- Construct financial models, evaluate performance and analyze impact of different capital structures and potential transactions
- Prepare / review business pitch reports, Information Memorandums, investor presentation materials for client meetings and you will be involved in origination of Private Equity deals from pitching to closing stages
- Origination, structuring and execution of M&A/ Fundraising and Capital market related assignments such as IPOs, Debentures
- General sector coverage and conducting industry research
- Liaise with different stakeholders, involvement in project management and execution
Ideal Candidate should have
- A good first Degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized university and / or passed finalist / member of CIMA / ACCA / ACA / CFA
- Minimum 3 years prior relevant experience in investment banking/ deal advisory / corporate finance / M&A / Private Equity is a must
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing a team of Financial Analysts
- Proven leadership and team management skills, work ethics, excellent attitude and ability to perform assignments with minimum supervision
- Analytical and numerate with strong financial modeling and accounting knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented
- High proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point
- Good Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
