Lakbima Rice Mills (Pvt) Ltd, the largest and most technologically advanced rice mill is a subsidiary of Araliya Group Of Companies, one of the largest conglomerates in the island, wishes to recruit a suitable candidate for the mentioned vacancy below.
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to lead a team responsibly and maintain communication between team members.
- Maximise the available resources usage against performance required for the production.
- Troubleshoot errors and execute solutions independently.
- Ability to proactively attend to machinery and maintain tools & critical spare parts.
- Recording, summarising, analysing and reporting of machinery condition.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment on a daily basis.
- Reduce downtime, manage overhauls with the production team.
- Improve efficiency by optimising machines’ performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma / HND related to the profession.
- Fair written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in English is highly regarded.
- Data recording, basic mathematical computation and analytical skills.
- An overall knowledge in Mechanical types, Electrical types are considered essential.
- Basic or Advanced, Computers operation skills.
- Welding, Plumbing, Electrical, Pneumatic and Mechanical experiences are mandatory.
- Knowledge and experience with SCADA operating system is an added advantage.
- Over 7 years of experience in carrying out similar responsibilities.
