JOB PROFILE
This role involves leading inventory management, overseeing order fulfillment, packing, and delivery coordination, while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all distribution processes. The role will be part of the supply chain division to align strategies, and collaborate with finance, credit, delivery, and HR, to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate should fulfil the criteria below to succeed.
- 5 years of managerial experience in warehousing, distribution, or related fields.
- Professional qualification in Warehousing and Distribution.
- Expertise in inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and compliance.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
