GENERAL MANAGER (Middle East)
Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full operational and strategic functions of Home Lands Skyline’s Middle East operations, based in Dubai
- Develop and execute market entry strategies and business expansion plans across the Middle East
- Liaise with Middle East based clients, agents, government authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regional laws, regulations, and operational standards
- Represent the company at regional property exhibitions, events, and client meetings
- Lead, inspire, and manage the regional team while working closely with the Sri Lanka head office
- Report on business performance, sales targets, and market trends to top management
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 20 years of proven experience in Marketing Operations, with at least 10 years in a senior management capacity
- Experience in the real estate industry will be a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required
- Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Management will be an added asset
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Middle Eastern real estate operations
- Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in the UAE or have prior residency experience
- Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred
- Excellent command of the English language is a must, fluency in other languages is an advantage
