Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a sales or managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Tamil/Sinhala preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
