Sales Officer
Sri Lanka Telecom (Services) Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary of Sri Lanka Telecom PLC, operates the PEOTV and content business for the Group. PEOTV has been at the forefront of IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) services, introducing innovative and interactive television applications to Sri Lanka, since its inception.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and dynamically individual to join our team as a Sales Officer. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales operations across the regions, ensuring monthly sales targets are met
- Develop and execute sales plans to maximize PEOTV sales within the regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders to boost sales performance
- Provide continuous support and guidance to dealers, ensuring high level of motivation and optimal performance
- Conduct regular market visits and initiate sales promotions and activations to achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotional strategies are deployed in the region
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Management
The ideal candidate should;
- possess a Diploma or part qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or any equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- be proficient in MS Office
- demonstrate adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs
