SHOWROOM & AFTER-SALES SERVICE MANAGER
Branch Locations: Matara, Kandy & Anuradhapura (03 Vacancies)
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Showroom & After-Sales Service Managers to lead our regional operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of branch activities, driving growth, and ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional business growth by developing and acquiring key accounts.
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch teams to achieve sales and service targets.
- Oversee sales and business development for Power Generators, HVAC, Industrial Laundry Equipment, and other engineering solutions.
- Ensure high-quality after-sales service and customer support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Candidate Profile:
- Age preferably below 45 years.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B marketing/sales.
- Experience in showroom operations and aftersales service will be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for regional growth.
- A customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- If from a similar industry, it will be an added advantage.
- Technical qualifications will be considered an asset.
