We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Career & Visa Counsellors to join our team. If you’re passionate about helping clients achieve their academic, professional, and migration goals, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients’ career or visa/migration needs
- Advise on course selection, university placement, and visa application processes
- Prepare and submit visa/migration documentation in compliance with relevant regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and migration agencies
- Participate in seminars, fairs, and community outreach events
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on application status
Requirements
- Professional diploma or higher qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in education counselling or visa/migration consultancy
- Freshers with an outgoing personality and strong customer-service orientation are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Age between 20 – 30 years
- Open to both male and female candidates
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
