Position:
Recruitment Executive
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Salary: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 70,000
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a recruitment-related role
- Prior experience in blue collar recruitment
- Background in foreign recruitment is a strong advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English is a plus
- Strong public relations, interpersonal, and customer handling skills
- A proactive attitude, willingness to face challenges, and strategic thinking ability
