We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Ratmalana Branch.
WE ARE HIRING
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee automotive repairs, servicing, and customer care functions.
- Maintain strict adherence to company quality standards, including safety protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service advisors, mechanics, and support staff.
- Achieve branch performance targets in terms of revenue, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with the head office for implementation of company policies and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry, with proven leadership skills.
- A self-driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive under pressure.
