Senior Executive-Product Evaluation and CORD (Dankotuwa)
The Senior Executive – Product Evaluation & CORD will be responsible for lead CORD studies that include quantitatively and qualitatively consumer research during the product development stages, data analysis and presentation of results as inputs into the product/packaging development process.
The incumbent will report to the Manager – Regulatory & Product Evaluation and the role further entails:
- Conduct in-depth consumer research to identify trends, preferences, and behaviours.
- Establishment of Expert consumer panel internally.
- Helps to design the consumer study.
- Preparing relevant questionnaire based on CORD brief.
- Distribute samples to relevant consumer base.
- Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights.
- Circulate the conclusion and recommendation with relevant study requested party.
- Conduct chemical testing and document results for stability sample.
- Collate data and establish trends and make predictions.
- Liaise with R&D, Quality Assurance, Packaging, and Regulatory teams to disseminate shelf-life outcomes.
Who We Want
- A Degree in Science including Chemistry and statistics as a subject from a recognized University or an Institute.
- Chemistry/ Biochemistry along with Biology or Physical Sciences.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong abilities to function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal communicator.
