JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – OPERATIONS
Location - Head Office
As a Junior Executive - Operations, you will be involved in a front end operation of a loan facilities under the Operations Department, evaluate customer creditworthiness, ensure accurate payments, support recovery efforts, and assist in maintaining a strong portfolio. You will report directly to the Head of Operations and be part of a dynamic team of professionals in the Non-Banking Financial Services sector. This role offers a valuable opportunity to build a mutually rewarding career within the organization.

The Job Role
- Assess customers’ creditworthiness and provide recommendations to the approving authority.
- Ensure accuracy in payment processing.
- Involve in the recovery process and support the unit in maintaining a performing loan portfolio.
- Provide MIS reports to the management.
- Assist the unit on need basis to meet the SLA's.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Successfully completed Advanced Level (A/L) examinations.
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in a related field is an added advantage.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive individual.
