- Holds a diploma in food technology or a related discipline.
Skilled Meat Worker | No.5
SAR 3,600 – 4,500
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in modern meat industry.
Meat Worker | No.10
SAR 3,600 – 4,500
- Manage carcass transfer to chillers and monitor chilling operations.
- Ensure QA & QC standards are implemented in chilling sections.
Butcher | No.10

- Must have 4 years of experience in the modern meat industry.
- Ensure proper knife maintenance and sharpen knives regularly.
