  • Manage front office operations, including appointment scheduling and visitor management.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Assist in basic administrative and documentation tasks.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable and customer-focused.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues proactively.
