We’re on the hunt for a Guest Relations Officer
KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ROLE:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Maintain accurate visitor records in line with our visitor management system.
- Ensure all guest interactions align with our health and safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth guest experiences.
- Uphold company values and professional conduct at all times.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Female candidates living in or near Kaduwela are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in front-desk, customer service, or hospitality roles will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic health and safety guidelines is preferred.
