We’re on the hunt for a Guest Relations Officer

KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ROLE:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Maintain accurate visitor records in line with our visitor management system.
  • Ensure all guest interactions align with our health and safety protocols and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth guest experiences.
  • Uphold company values and professional conduct at all times.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Female candidates living in or near Kaduwela are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in front-desk, customer service, or hospitality roles will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with basic health and safety guidelines is preferred.
