As a Junior Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of property-related legal matters.

Drafting and reviewing deeds, agreements, and other conveyancing documents.
Conducting title searches and preparing title reports.
Coordinating with clients, notaries, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate property transactions.
Assisting in the preparation of documents for property registrations and transfers.
Providing legal advice on property-related matters under the guidance of senior lawyers.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

An Attorney At Law & LLB from a recognized university with 2-3 years of experience in conveyancing or property law.
Fluent in both English and Sinhala language (knowledge of Tamil is an advantage).
Previous experience in banking, particularly in handling mortgage bonds and conducting title searches, preparation of title reports will be an added advantage.
Jurisdiction – Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Galle, Kandy.
