Junior Student Counsellor

Locations: Colombo 03 | Colombo 05 | Godagama
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Call Centre or Sales & Marketing (Education sales preferred).
- Male or Female, aged 20–27.
- Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and passionate about sales targets.
- Minimum GCE A/L or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Role:
- Handle student inquiries and follow up on databases.
- Promote local and study abroad programs.
- Assist students with university/college application processes.
- Provide daily/weekly reports to the branch manager or department head.
- Meet individual performance targets.
