As a Student Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall student experience by analyzing feedback and implementing initiatives to improve student engagement, satisfaction, support services, and placements.
The Job
- Gather and analyze student feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement initiatives to enhance student engagement and overall experience.
- Provide career guidance and support for student placements and internships.
- Act as a key liaison between students, faculties, and administrative teams.
- Organize student events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Liaise with corporate Student Relationship Unit (SRU) for corporate initiatives.
The Person
- Experience in student affairs, customer service, or education management is a plus.
- A student-focused professional with strong empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret feedback and implement improvements.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic and student-centric environment.
