STUDENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

COLOMBO | KANDY BRANCH

As a Student Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall student experience by analyzing feedback and implementing initiatives to improve student engagement, satisfaction, support services, and placements.

The Job

  • Gather and analyze student feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance student engagement and overall experience.
  • Provide career guidance and support for student placements and internships.
  • Act as a key liaison between students, faculties, and administrative teams.
  • Organize student events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
  • Liaise with corporate Student Relationship Unit (SRU) for corporate initiatives.

The Person

  • Experience in student affairs, customer service, or education management is a plus.
  • A student-focused professional with strong empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret feedback and implement improvements.
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic and student-centric environment.
