Key Responsibilities:
- Research tours, activities, and experiences from partner platforms or suppliers.
- Input accurate tour information (titles, descriptions, images, prices, timings) into the TourBeez dashboard.
- Tag tours by category, location, and experience type.
- Ensure high-quality formatting, grammar, and image presentation.
- Coordinate with our content or SEO team to improve tour visibility.
- Communicate with vendors for missing or unclear details (optional for senior roles).
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and fast typing/data entry skills.
- Good written English; able to describe tours in an engaging way.
- Experience with spreadsheets, Google Docs, or CMS platforms.
- Prior work with Viator, GetYourGuide, or travel portals is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and computer.
Nice to Have (not required):
- Background in tourism, hospitality, or travel writing.
- Experience with WordPress or tour management software.
- Multilingual skills for international tours.
Compensation:
Hourly rate / Fixed per-tour / Monthly salary – depending on experience and performance.
