One of leading textile printing company in Sri Lanka, we are looking for a dynamic candidate to join our team as,

HR Executive / Manager– Kanoka International

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain personal files and the employee database with accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports in a timely manner.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Carry out pre- and post-hiring activities and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Degree in HRM or an equivalent professional qualification (full or part qualification).
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll & similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
