Executive - Digital Marketing & Online Sales
We are looking for a young, enthusiastic individual to significantly strengthen our online and social media presence and drive online sales.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall online & social media presence of the company and its brands
- Develop and execute online and social media marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive consumer engagement with brands and increase online sales conversions
- Effectively manage marketing budget while optimizing spend and performance, based on trends and insights
- Responsible for approving all online content and coordinating with third party service providers and social media influencers for effective implementation
- Ensure online activities are adhered to brand identities and brand guidelines
- Identify the latest digital technologies and trends affecting the industry
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign results and take actions for improvement
- Manage and improve website visibility, content performance & traffic
- Responsible for increasing e-commerce sales through digital marketing strategies
- Monitor and optimize ROI and meet KPIs given by senior management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional qualifications in digital marketing from a recognised university or institute
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Experience in digital marketing channels, display advertising and search engine marketing, with proof of successfully implemented campaigns
- Experience in driving online sales of FMCG products across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
- Experienced in effectively working with social media influencers
- Strong knowledge & experience in website analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook pixels and Google AdWords
- Sound understanding of SEO to ensure optimized content on all platforms to enhance organic reach
- Experience in creative marketing content writing will be an added advantage
- Strong writing skills in English & Sinhala language
- Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and be proactive in taking initiatives
- Age below 30 years
