Chakra Suthra’s core product Trash2cash is a tech-based recycling platform that consists of a network of smart recycling bins and an on-demand app-based home collection system.
The role
Handle on ground operations, logistics and hardware maintenance to ensure uninterrupted service to the customers who recycle. Potential to grow with the company to head all business operations. Most part of the role will be field based.
Operations
- Onsite logistics requirements and hardware maintenance
- Liase with onsite staff to resolve issues
- Participate in material collection runs
- Train and manage activation staff
- Resolve customer complaints
Desk work
- Monitor portal for breakdowns
- Record analyze and report data
- Financial reconciliation of inventory
- Manage hotline and social media inquiries
Requirements
- Prior experience in field operations
- Own mode of transport (bike or car)
- Manage excel spread sheets
- Conversational English
- Understanding of the recycling industry
Package
- Rs. 100k /month
- Fuel and Travel allowance
