Back Store Supervisors (Immediate)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the back store operations and ensure proper stock handling
- Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams for smooth stock flow
- Supervise staff involved in stock movement, receiving, and tagging
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the stockroom
- Monitor and maintain stock records and inventory accuracy
- Assist in stock audits and daily reporting
- Train and guide junior staff on procedures and best practices
- Support front-end operations when required
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail back store operations or inventory management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with basic stock management systems
- Attention to detail and accountability
- Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Age below 35 years
Working Detail
- Location - Bambalapitiya, Nugegoda, Koswatta, Borella
- Working Hours - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- 4 Off-days per month (candidates must be willing to work on weekends)
- Package - Rs 70,000 up
