Call Center Officers – Female (Immediately)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and branch locations
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
  • Record and update customer interactions and follow up when necessary
  • Coordinate with showroom teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
  • Basic computer literacy (Email, Excel, G-Sheets, etc.)
  • Female candidate aged 18 - 22 years old
  • Pleasant, punctual, and customer-focused personality
  • Fluent in English, Tamil, and Sinhala

Working Detail

  • Working Hours - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Willingness to handle the customer hotline beyond regular working hours
  • 4 Off days per month (candidates must be willing to work on weekends)
  • Location - Nugegoda or Bambalapitiya
  • Package - Starting from Rs 50,000/- (based on experience and skills)
