Call Center Officers – Female (Immediately)

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and branch locations
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
- Record and update customer interactions and follow up when necessary
- Coordinate with showroom teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center is mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
- Basic computer literacy (Email, Excel, G-Sheets, etc.)
- Female candidate aged 18 - 22 years old
- Pleasant, punctual, and customer-focused personality
- Fluent in English, Tamil, and Sinhala
Working Detail
- Working Hours - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Willingness to handle the customer hotline beyond regular working hours
- 4 Off days per month (candidates must be willing to work on weekends)
- Location - Nugegoda or Bambalapitiya
- Package - Starting from Rs 50,000/- (based on experience and skills)
