The Laundromat (Pvt) Ltd is a market-leading company in the tourism / industrial service sector with upgraded, modernized laundry plants in Colombo and Kalutara, providing a unique and high-quality customized laundry service in Sri Lanka. We operate more than 20 outlets in and around Colombo and we are growing fast in both retail and commercial laundry services. Therefore, we need a passionate and dynamic person for the following position.
Data Entry Operator
Location: Kalutara
THE PERSON
A young individual who is looking to take up a challenge and deliver the responsibilities entrusted to a high standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for data entry via systems, excel and google sheets
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded
- Responsible to update internal databases with pieces details
- Responsible to coordinate with customers & give prompt response
- Responsible to place retail orders via POS system
- Assist to the day-to-day operation works
REQUIREMENTS
- More than 1 years working experience in similar capacity
- Minimum education: Passed A/L
- Age below 35 years
- Computer literacy
- Good leadership skills & customer handling ability
- Should be a good team player and having excellent communication skill
