Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Business Analyst to join our fintech solutions team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, clients, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable, technology-driven solutions for the Investment Banking and Capital Markets domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Translate complex financial processes into functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Facilitate business process analysis and re-engineering within Investment Banking and Capital Markets operations.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), and user stories.
- Support system implementation, UAT planning, and execution.
- Analyze market trends and regulatory changes impacting financial services operations.
- Develop insightful reports, presentations, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise between business users and technical development teams to ensure solution alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role within the Financial Services or Fintech sector.
- Sound knowledge of Investment Banking and Capital Markets processes.
- Familiarity with financial instruments, trading operations, and risk management frameworks is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation capabilities.
