As we continue to expand, we are looking for qualified, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals to join our growing team in the following positions.
MONITORING - OFFICER
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong technical skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and survey design.
- Proficiency in statistical software and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in developing M&E plans, logical frameworks and performance monitoring indicators.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Age below 35 years.
MONITORING ENGINEER
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in monitoring / engineering roles within the mining or construction industry.
- Knowledge of monitoring systems, surveying techniques, and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of mining operations, construction processes, and industry safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in challenging environments, including remote project sites.
- Professional certification or membership is added advantage.
- Age below 45 years.
