We are looking for a
Fathom Setup & Configuration Specialist
The Job
- Fathom Reporting Setup & Ongoing Support
- Expert setup of Fathom for franchise groups
- Chart of accounts mapping from Xero
- KPI tracking, benchmark setup & custom reports
- Monthly performance reports & financial analysis
- Ongoing support, training & issue resolution
- Drive better financial insights with tailored Fathom reporting
The Person
- Proven hands-on experience with Fathom (minimum 1–2 years)
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and performance metrics
- Familiarity with accounting software integrations (especially Xero, QuickBooks Online, MYOB or similar)
- Experience working with multi-entity or franchise structures is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines reliably
