Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily travel operations, including bookings, reservations, and logistics.
  • Lead and manage the travel operations team to ensure efficiency and high performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in travel or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operational processes.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service expertise to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in operations management and sales strategy development.
