Assistant Showroom Managers - Fashion Retail (Immediately)

We are looking for experienced and driven Showroom Managers to lead our branches and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive sales targets and monitor team performance
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Supervise inventory, visual merchandising, and stock levels
- Lead, motivate, and train showroom staff
- Coordinate with Head Office for reporting, HR, and promotions
- Handle customer concerns and ensure resolution
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail showroom management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory control and staff supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operations independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage
- Age below 40 years
Working Detail
- Working Hours - 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM
- 4 Off days per month (candidates must be willing to work on weekends)
- Location - Bambalapitiya / Nugegoda / Koswatta / Borella
- Salary - Attractive package based on experience and skills
