Requirements
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding & HR operations
- Drive performance management and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR standards
- Lead employee engagement & welfare initiatives
- Maintain HRIS & documentation systems
Key Responsibilities
- Degree in HRM or related field (MBA/CQHRM)
- 4+ years in HR with leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of labor law compliance (Shop & Office Act, EPF/ETF, etc.)
- Proven skills in HR systems, reporting & communication
- Confident in managing cross-functional teams
