Content Writer
Job Profile
- Develop and write content for travel itineraries, product listings, and destination highlights on the website
- Craft engaging, SEO-optimized blogs, social media posts, and newsletters tailored to Olanka’s audience
- Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate targeted keywords and phrases to enhance organic reach
- Contribute to the creation of content for email marketing campaigns and other promotional materials
- Edit and proofread all content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to Olanka’s brand tone
- Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends to ensure relevance and freshness in content
The Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the travel or tourism industry
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques
- Proficiency in using content management systems
- Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
KPIs:
- Increase in organic traffic to blog posts and product listings
- Improved engagement metrics (click-through rate, time on page)
- Timely delivery of content as per the content calendar
