Key Responsibilities
- Develop/reformulate new and existing products to enhance quality, consumer expectation and to be in line with regulatory requirements and market relevance.
- Conduct lab-scale experiments, stability testing and sensory evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to create new products that will take company product portfolio to the next level.
- Source and evaluate raw/packing to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory and safety standards.
- Support pilot trials and scale-up activities for commercial production and follow up on the product movement after launching.
- Analyze and interpret data, preparing clear and concise technical reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Agriculture or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in R&D within the food industry (experience in FMCG sector is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of product development processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in laboratory practices and formulation techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- A passion for innovation and sustainability.
