DESIGN AND DRAFTING ENGINEER
IPD is a publicly listed Australian company providing electrical engineering products and solutions to the Australian market for over 70 years. IPD Colombo team is the offshore unit of IPD Australia and currently consists of over 200 professionals collaborating with over 450 team members across Australia in a dynamic and innovative environment to achieve high quality results.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, committed and well-versed Design and Drafting Engineer with outstanding communication skills to join our Design and Drafting team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advance knowledge in CAD.
- Proficiency in English.
- Work experience (1 Year Minimum).
- Degree related to Electrical Engineering.
- Willingness to work as per Australian Calendar and Australian Hours.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Design and draw Electrical switchboards.
- Supervise drawing preparation of specific projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings for product development through R&D.
- Provide technical support to the drafting team wherever possible.
