MANAGER - HEAD OF BRANCH

Galle/Matale/Elpitiya/Kaduruwela

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Increase the branch profitability by achieving individual and team targets on leasing, fixed deposits, and gold loan products
  • Identify and attract potential customers to enhance the quality of client portfolios by maintaining strong and healthy relationships
  • Organize promotional campaigns and other customer engagement events for business growth
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Maintain the company products' NPL ratios within the company accepted norms
  • Drive the collection function of the branch
  • Handling all operational and administrative activities of the branch and comply with regulatory framework

Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience at managerial level or Asst. Managerial and more than 7 years' experience at executive level in the financial services industry
  • Full/part qualification in Sales & Marketing / Credit management or business administration
  • Good written and spoken language proficiency in English and Sinhala
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
